Zakopane is the largest city in the Polish Tatra Mountains. It is a place of excursions mainly in the winter season, which is why it is called the winter capital of Poland. Amazing landscapes, snowy peaks, unique architecture and great highland cuisine are the components of Zakopane’s amazing atmosphere. Zakopane abounds in many restaurants with highlander’s food and warming drinks.
A detailed trip plan is set individually. There are many sites to visit: a famous ski jump – Wielka Krokiew, mountain lake Morskie Oko, cableways Kasprowy Wierch and Gubałówka. In addition, free time is foreseen on the main street of Zakopane – Krupówki.
